During checkout you can specify your desired delivery date and time. Once you place an order online a dispatcher will contact you to confirm the delivery date and time. This usually happens with 24 hours of placing an order.

A typical delivery is done with a commercial dump truck. These include 10 wheelers, super 10's, transfer trucks, end dumps, bottom dumps, and bobtails.

Yes, you can reschedule a delivery once you place an order. All reschedules must be acknowledged by the dispatcher prior to delivery. A 24 hour notice is usually required for rescheduling.
We do not allow any returns on ordered material. We always recommend measuring the area and use our online calculator to determine the correct amount of material required for each job.
We currently accept all major credit cards like Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. You can also pay using PayPal or with Cryptocurrency. We accept cash or checks only in certain situations.

We offer discounts to licensed contractors only. In order to obtain contractor pricing you must create a customer account and include a valid contractor's license number. Upon review we will discount 5% on any future orders through SoilDirect.com.
In order to be tax exempt you must create a customer account and supply us with a valid sellers permit number. Upon verification of a valid permit we will remove sales tax from your orders.
An address is needed in order to calculate what materials are deliverable to the address. Furthermore, we calculate the driving distance from the supplier's location to the delivery address and use a formula to determine the transportation costs.
Our network of suppliers vary based on your location. We prescreen each supplier to make sure they have quality products and are fully insured.
