Operational SMS Messaging: SoilDirect Ops Alerts

SoilDirect sends operational SMS messages under the program name SoilDirect Ops Alerts. These messages are sent only to authorized internal personnel, employees, contractors, delivery drivers, and supplier-related personnel who have provided their mobile number and agreed during onboarding, contractor onboarding, driver account setup, or another internal account process to receive operational text notifications related to their work.

SoilDirect Ops Alerts may include order notifications, delivery assignments, dispatch coordination, supplier scheduling, delivery instructions, portal links, account notices, and related business operations messages. These messages are not marketing or promotional messages. Message frequency varies based on business activity, account role, and assigned work. Message and data rates may apply.

Recipients may opt out of SoilDirect Ops Alerts at any time by replying STOP to a message. After replying STOP, the recipient will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SoilDirect Ops Alerts unless they opt in again through an authorized onboarding or account process. Recipients may reply HELP for assistance or contact us at support@soildirect.com.

No Sale or Sharing of Mobile Information or SMS Consent

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent records with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information and text messaging opt-in consent are used only to operate SoilDirect services, provide requested operational communications, maintain compliance records, and support the SoilDirect Ops Alerts program.

We may share mobile information with service providers who help us send, route, deliver, secure, support, or document operational messages, but only as necessary for those providers to perform services for SoilDirect.
